This week we discussed online bullying. This particular article describes how the internet has changed the concept of bullying. It is no longer limited to physical location and has become almost completely anonymous. The internet allows for bullies to access their victims 24/7. This particular article incited a large discussion during class. Bullying can now affect the workplace as well. This is very different from when bullying only occurred at school. Social media platforms also add to the change of bullying. People put themselves out there on the internet for all to see and give access to others. Online bullying seems to be growing as the internet continues to grow.
